The Riverside Varsity lost to Indian Lake 25-9,22-25,25-20. Erica Snapp had 6 pts, 12/12 hitting with 5 kills Dani Lump had 6 pts and was 4/6 serve receive Victoria Thompson was 12/12 hitting with 5 kills and 2 solo blocks Amelia Carter was 12/14 hitting with 4 kills and 2 blocks Abby Heaberlin was 24/27 passing and 8/9 serve receive. We came out flat in the first game and tried to make up for it the second and third game but our momentum wasn't there. Unfortunately I had two players that have been sick and I think that was a little bit of our problem. Abby Heaberlin was one of those players but she still turned in a good effort in the back row for us. I was a little disappointed in my front row tonight they didn't come out and play to there potential and I think that hurt us. I do see a big difference in our communication this season so far and hopefully that will carry on throughout the season.We are currently 2-1 overall and 1-0 NWCC and return to action Thursday at home vs. Columbus Grove in non-league action The RHS JV lost to Indian Lake no stats to report for Riverside.
